Creating the Keurig Operating System

Keurig was looking to update it’s digital back-end and incorporate an e-commerce platform. This was an opportunity to create a transformational brand experience. Starting from scratch we established and defined a new set of foundational design principles that would guide Keurig and all its digital experiences moving forward.

We called it the Keurig Operating System, or Keurig OS. Through systematic design, target audience research, user testing and best practice e-commerce experiences we helped inspire purchase, increase usage, encourage loyalty and promote advocacy of the Keurig brand and it’s various single serve products.

My role & contribution

Though it may not look it, but this work was defined, designed and built within a matter of a few months. Its all thanks to the highly skilled, yet small team of dedicated individuals that were able to collaborate in the trenches together. I was responsible for the definition and design of Keurig’s design system along with the brand design lead, as well as collaborating with photographers, UX/ UI designers, web developers and Keurig’s internal creative team.
