In 2015, Keurig was looking to update it’s digital back-end and incorporate an e-commerce platform. We saw this as an opportunity to create a transformational brand experience. Starting from scratch we established and defined a new set of foundational design principles that would guide Keurig and all its digital properties moving forward.
We called it the Keurig Operating System, or Keurig OS. Through systematic design, target audience research, user testing and best practice e-commerce experiences we helped inspire purchase, increase usage, encourage loyalty and promote advocacy of the Keurig brand and it’s various single serve products.
